A Conference for Engineering Diversity 

 The mission of the Conference of Engineering Diversity (CED) is to empower and

inspire individuals from all backgrounds through professional development, community building, and meaningful conversations centered on diversity in STEM.

CED offers a vibrant space for participants to grow personally and professionally through engaging workshops, networking opportunities, and direct connections with leading companies and innovators in the field. It’s not just about learning — it’s about building lasting relationships, celebrating diverse voices, and preparing the next generation of engineers and scientists to thrive in Silicon Valley and beyond.
